First things first. This is not a call center job where you can just kick back and relax. The good news is the day goes quickly because you are very busy getting your work done. It’s a great environment with good people to work with and a pretty great boss I might add. If you enjoy an office or retail atmosphere and are not a fan of physical work please do not apply for this position. The reality is you won’t last long. However, if you are looking for a career where you can use your mind and your body. We are a growing company where you can succeed then it may be for you.


Responsibilities & Requirements:

Responsibilities include assisting with the cleaning of windows, blinds, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, snow removal, air duct cleaning, sanitizing and performing many other services on residential homes and commercial buildings. We are a drug and smoke-free workplace. Background checks and drug screens are required. Beards must be well groomed if worn. Employees are responsible for their work performed and to look professional while performing it. You must be confident but also teachable with a positive attitude.



We need detail oriented team members and leaders who are safety and production minded. Applicants must also be efficient with time management and have an excellent customer service mindset. Great communication skills and respect and concern for others is not optional. It is a must! New hires will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. and more on occasion as well as work safely and be comfortable on ladders. We can train people to be good at their job but we can not instill good values in our employees. This is a qualification that prospective employees need to have before we hire them. We enjoy our work, care about those we work with and care for those we work for.


Job Compensation:

For new employees pay is $15/hr. to start. If you have experience then starting wage begins at $15-$17. The more types of work you learn to perform the higher the wages. Up to $20/hr. for techs and supervisors. Up to $23/hr. + for a management position. Overtime is available to all employees from March through November. 401K is open to all employees. Longer term employment with higher wages and possible commissions and additional benefits are options for those individuals searching for a career with a growing company and not just a seasonal full time job.
