Customer Service Representative
Serve customers by processing customer orders, tracking and communicating order status, providing product and service information, tracking customer feedback, and resolving product and service problems.
The Customer Service role primarily uses a computer based software and applicants should be comfortable using email and making and receiving phone calls.
FormaPac will provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
After probationary period, full medical and other benefits are available. This is a full-time, hourly position with flexibility for limited remote work (based in Fresno, CA) and offers paid vacation and holiday benefits.
