Requirements: Pastry chef or equivalent role experience of three (3) years minimum. Pastry experience either bakery or restaurant. Ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational planning, problem-solving and operational skills in a team-based environment. Leadership skills to manage others. Must possess a sense of desire to satisfy customer's requests. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English, Ability to spend long periods of time on your feet. Ability to work afternoon, weekends and some holidays. Proficient in all functions of the Bakery and excellent technical knowledge (equipment, tempering of chocolate, specialty cakes etc.)
Salary commensurate with level of experience and production ability.
