We are growing and looking to add to our Quality Enhancement & Training Coordinator(QETC) Management Team!
The QETC position is responsible for assuring that all residential services provided by E.C.I., Inc. are in compliance with all rules and regulations and in accordance with the Company's Philosophy.
This job requires the candidate to have a positive work ethic, great attendance, organizational skills, computer skills, able to reconcile bank statements, attend meetings, and the ability to work well with others as well as other duties and abilities.
In addition, this position may include: covering for Supervisors (including direct care and overnight hours) if and when necessary and being on call for management of emergency situations. As a part of our management team, you will also be expected to assist with company events and activities outside of the typical business day.
