LABORER/OPERATOR

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/TRAITS:

• Reliable with good attendance history
• Ability to lift 100 LBS repeatedly
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to work continuously outdoors in all weather conditions
• Loads appropriate supplies onto trucks and/or drill rigs as directed by supervisor
• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties in field or shop as directed by supervisors
• Ability to crawl, squat, carry materials for extensive periods of time
• Ability to work 12-14 hour days
• Ability to personally handle heavy wrenches, lift and/or carry heavy tools or supplies
• Ability to communicate and work well with other team members
• Read, write and understand the English language
• Ability to learn and move up in job rank
• Ability to work in a drug, alcohol, and smoke free environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Must meet all physical requirements and be in good health
• Basic math skills
• Must have dependable transportation
• Follow safety rules

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Pass a drug screen, background check, DOT physical, and back X-ray.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, with intent to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (within a required amount of time)
• Possess a clean driving record (limited accidents/speeds in prior 3 years)

HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE

• 40-60 hours (or more) per week Monday thru Friday
• Day starts 7:00 am at the shop
• Willingness to work weekends (if required)
• Overnight travel may be required (expenses paid)
