Clinical Assistant
Clinical Assistant needed for busy chiropractic office. The candidate must be enthusiastic and positive, a self-starter, dependable, punctual, organized, detail and people oriented, highly motivate, and a team player. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, such as being out-going, friendly, and assertive.
Responsibilities:
Rooming patients and taking histories
Front Desk and reception duties as assigned
Scribing for physical examinations
Medical documentation
Assisting with patient care
Patient liaison and follow-up calls
Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms
This is a high paced position, and the candidate needs flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks. Moderate to advanced computer skills are needed along with the ability to enter information using various programs quickly and easily on multiple platforms. Candidate must have strong desire to work in a productive, efficient manner and run the office smoothly and effectively. A clear understanding of boundaries and HIPAA privacy policies is essential.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience in reception in a healthcare setting, or certified training in medical reception strongly preferred. Experience in the service industry a plus.
Salary and Hours:
The salary is dependent upon experience. There is potential for growth and we offer a great work environment. We are looking for someone to work 20-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Dr. Plancich graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA as a three-time recipient of the “Intern of the Month” award during her clinical internship. She also graduated with academic honors distinction (Cum Laude). She has participated in two chiropractic mission trips: Cambodia in 2009 and Mission Trip America in 2009/2010. Dr. Plancich is currently Part 2 certified by the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association.
