Senior Developer & Team Lead

Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Developer, responsible for the development and maintenance of applications for both internal initiatives, as well as client projects (iOS, Android, Unity primarily). Candidates for this position will work in an open and collaborative environment with a talented team of engineers.

This position will include a lot of leadership and a wide breadth of knowledge about various platforms is needed. Ideally, you have a speciality in one but are familiar with others:

Native iOS or Android
Unity
React Native
Augmented Reality Platforms and SDKS
VR and AR headsets
Backends

This position will be full-time, in our Spokane, WA headquarters.

Your Duties:

• Assist sales with technical details

• Manage team members

• Architecture of applications

• Architect efficient, scalable, and well-documented code

• Must be able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production bugs

• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams

• Identify and resolve device performance issues

• Ability to determine workload requirements and deliver solutions

• Strong visual design and user experience instincts

• Work with outside data sources and API's

• Working with 3D assets and 3D scenes

About You:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of software development experience

• 3+ years of app development experience

• Deep understanding of Objective-C, Swift and iOS frameworks or Android equivalents

• Experience working with remote data via REST

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with OpenCV and C++

• Experience with Metal

• Familiarity with Unity3D

• Familiarity with ARKit

• Familiarity with CoreML
