Daily Responsibilities of a LPN – Assisted Living & Senior Care:

• Will be working with bariatric patients
  
  
• Will be responsible for the development, implementation and modification of the comprehensive plan of care for facility residents

Requirements of a LPN – Assisted Living & Senior Care:

• An active LPN license in Oregon
• COVID vaccine NOT required
• 6+ months of caregiving/CNA experience

Hours for this Position of a LPN – Assisted Living & Senior Care:

• Pay $36+/hr
• 6a-2p available
