**Due to COVID-19 affecting our nation, our company has adapted, and we now have the abilities to work from home. This is a positive and beneficial change to keep our agents employed, members protected while simultaneously helping to stop the spread. As the offices are opening back up, we're continuing to work from home or the office, whichever the individual employee chooses. **
This position consists of meeting with members of Unions and Associations who have signed up with us to receive supplemental benefit plans that help protect their families far beyond what is covered through their employer. Due to the high exclusivity of our products, we do not have the need to advertise, prospect clients or go door-to-door. The members sign up with us themselves, meaning our leads are provided and endorsed by the unions and associations that we service.
We're looking for great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and also team players. Having a positive mindset is a must. Our training program is tailored to every new hire's experience level and opportunities for advancement into management are available for review after 60 days.
