Targeted Case Manager
Northside Behavioral Health Center has an immediate opening for a Targeted Case Manager. Northside Behavioral Health, established in 1976, is a non-profit organization committed to helping heal the hurt in the lives of Hillsborough County residents suffering from or at risk for mental illness. Job Summary:
Provides case management services for adults experiencing serious and persistent mental illness by going into homes, work sites or other treatment settings. Responsible for assessment, planning, linking, monitoring and advocacy for the most appropriate mental health services for each client. Effectively maintains and manages assigned caseload, contingent on needs, strengths, abilities, barriers, and preferences of the individual served. Travel and transporting clients is required. Position Requirements:
This position requires a valid Florida Driver's License with a 3-year clean driving record in Florida.
