Super awesome family located on the border of Brentwood and the Pacific Palisades is looking for an incredible mother's helper family assistant. This person is basically going to be another set of hands for Mom.

This is a full-time position working with a 9.5, 8, 3 year old and 8 month old.

Schedule is a 7-7 schedule with an occasional date night Monday - Friday. The mornings are busy with getting off to school and preparing for the day. The middle part of the day is for running errands and family assisting tasks that need to be done. They do employ another full-time nanny who has been with the family for over 10 years. They're looking for a jill-of-all-trades who is super detailed really into tag-teaming, someone good with boundaries, they want a loving person who is kind of but firm, someone who thrives in environments that are constantly moving, Super Active would be amazing.

The kids are really active. They really need somebody who might have been into sports in their past or still into sports, who likes arts and crafts, who can juggle a schedule and who can really tag team with Mom to make the day run smoother.

They would love somebody who understands early childhood development; maybe an education background that can help with homework from here and there. You must be able to drive and own your own car. They are looking for someone with a strong moral compass who really thrives and being a good role model. Think camp counselor meets proactive kind human, that goes above and beyond!

This job really entails the normal Nanny tasks most of the time drop off pickups, normal tidying anything kid related, you will do some traveling domestic with this family. The goal is is so the parents can spend more time with each of their children. Generally speaking this family is super laid-back mom and dad are very realistic about her nanny needs, she wants someone to feel part of the family they are really good to the people who work in their home.

They have a housekeeper that comes twice a week they're really wanting somebody who is Happy, who finds joy in life, was a team player, who is proactive, can jump into a closet and rearrange and organized, someone who asks in a kind way on how they can be more helpful those sorts of tasks. The kids are really awesome! The preschooler loves to play, the older child is really into sports the middle child is really emotionally intelligent. Overall this family is pretty amazing.

In terms of Covid, please be Covid cautious: no vaccine required for this position.

Compensation is $30 to $40 an hour open to a medical stipend, paid sick time oh, vacation, they really are looking for the right person. It would even be open to adjusting the schedule is a bit if somebody wanted to do a Saturday or a Sunday. Again flexibility and being an awesome human is really important to his family.
