Web Project Manager

WEB PROJECT MANAGER

We’re looking for a client-centric Web Project Manager to join our Development team. As a Web Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients and internal teams to lead web integration projects for new and existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic multitasker with excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities. Thriving in a relaxed, creative and entrepreneurial environment, the Web Project Manager will have a solid understanding of project management and web development principles with strong client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and other key stakeholders to determine scope and create roadmaps and timelines for digital projects
  
  
• Lead the design process of new client site by working with the web designer, development team, and other key stakeholders
  
  
• Delegate action items with specific deadlines for every project team member
  
  
• Lead daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress
  
  
• Routinely update key stakeholders with project status
  
  
• Address bottlenecks and adjust timeline and deliverables as needed
  
  
• Help present the final website or app project to key stakeholders
  
  
• Perform Quality Assurance checks with the Senior Developer prior to launch
  
  
• Host project recap meetings to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
  
  
• Work with Product Owner to identify key issues or improvements to the product platform
  
  
• Offer suggestions to improve client integration processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• No vaccination requirement
  
  
• 1+ years experience managing projects or teams or 2+ years experience working within a project team with an aptitude for leadership
  
  
• Solid understanding of project management principles and/or agile concepts
  
  
• Knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and development
  
  
• Ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects
  
  
• Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ideal Candidates will have:

• 2+ years project management experience within a development team
  
  
• Experience working with a digital agency
  
  
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with coursework in web design or development
  
  
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Javascript, HTML, or PHP
  
  
• Military veterans are a plus!
