Junior Yield Analyst

JUNIOR YIELD ANALYST

We’re looking for a Junior Yield Analyst to join our Yield Operations team. As a Junior Yield Analyst, you’ll assist the Yield Analysts and Publisher Client Services teams with driving revenue across our clients’ websites. You’ll be responsible for trafficking sales campaigns, as well as providing data, insights, and strategic support to the team to ensure business success.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and QA advertising campaigns using the GAM ad-serving platform
  
  
• Troubleshoot ad-serving errors and report discrepancies
  
  
• Continually monitor advertising campaigns and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications
  
  
• Keep up with industry trends, news, or changes that might impact Firefly’s business
  
  
• Work with ad operations team to test and implement ways to optimize monetization
  
  
• Communicate with network partners and relay key information to team members
  
  
• Interpret analytics to troubleshoot errors and drive revenue output across multiple verticals and channels

Qualifications:

• No vaccination requirement
• Must have strong critical thinking and problem solving aptitude
• High degree of comfort working with data and technology
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude that enjoys working with a collaborative team

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ years of experience in a related field
• Self-motivation and time management skills
• Experience with HTML or Javascript
