This position is in-office in Anthem, AZ. Hours are flexible as some weekends and after hours response may be required.

We're looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. As an Associate Account Manager, you'll provide quality support to our publishers and Account Managers, leveraging data to drive revenue across multiple product platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Manager with servicing publisher clients by:

    • Communicating and responding to publishers via phone, video conferencing, email, and Slack

    • Championing ad quality and overall revenue performance of sites by leveraging data and reporting

    • Liaising between clients and other departments to push forward strategic initiatives

    • Monitoring site performance and compliance with industry or regulatory requirements

    • Leveraging our CRM to monitor publisher correspondence and nurture the relationship for client retention

    • Facilitating the on-boarding processes for new clients and vendors

    • Stay up-to-date with industry news, events and trends

Qualifications:

  • No vaccine requirements

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a digital environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to multitask with superb prioritization

  • Comfortable working with and interpreting data to provide actionable insights

  • Fast learner and adaptable to change

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and a love for knocking out lists and projects
  • Self-motivation and time management skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience working with a CRM and multiple other technologies
