We are currently hiring for LPN's and RN's for Day and Night Shifts, working with clients in Assisted Livings and Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring for Per Diem and Part Time!

Job Duties:
- Medication passes and medication set ups
- Treatments
- Wound care
- Assisting with admissions and discharges
- Maintain proper documentation
- Supervise CNA’s
- Utilize infection control measures
- Observes and reports the condition of the patient/client to appropriate supervisor
- Communicates with physicians regarding change of patient's’ status, medication changes, etc
