Entry level Residential Construction Billing Coordinator needed for luxury residential home construction company in Pacific Palisades. Training will be provided.

- Construction Billing, invoicing, AR/AP
- Weekly & Monthly reconciliations of expense accounts
- Office administrative/accounting duties
- Email correspondences with subcontractors, team members, clients
- Scheduling various appointments/ Making phone calls
- Misc. admin tasks
- Strong computer experience required: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
- Background in accounting and Quickbooks not required but preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Positive and good working attitude
- Ability to multitask, take charge and work in a highly fast paced environment
- Detail oriented
