We are the elite 100% Organic Chicago Juicery, looking for a Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back of house juice production operations. Kitchen Manager responsibilities include supervising the juice, produce, made-to-order & oven prep, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to consistently deliver quality product in a timely manner. Ultimately, you will ensure recipes are properly executed; prepped, mixed, bottled and stored so our customers have a consistent & pleasant experience.
