Cabinets Express Is Expanding Our Sales Team!

As a company provide cabinets, countertops, and complete kitchen/bath remodels. Our customers and clients include custom home builders, fix and flip remodelers and home owners.

We are a fast-growing company and one of the leaders of RTA cabinetry and countertop distributors in North Alabama. We strive to provide value through quality cabinets and accessories followed up with exceptional customer service and support.

We offer several options to our clients by providing job management start to finish, we also have cabinets assembled and ready for install by our customers, or cash-and-carry so the customer may pick up their order from our warehouse or we can ship directly to them.

As we expand our current sales team, we are seeking qualified kitchen and bath specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen cabinet sales and be familiar with the industry in general, but past experience is not required. We offer training to all of our sales team.

As a team member you will meet with clients to discuss their needs, measure their space, and prepare a kitchen and/or bath design plan.

Our production team will then prepare a quote for the project and you will present that quote to the client as you work with them to make their dream kitchen or bath a reality.

Attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess

• Previous experience in sales
  
  
• Experience in residential kitchen and bath cabinets is preferred but not required
  
  
• Basic knowledge of home construction/remodel markets
  
  
• Software design experience, such as 2020 or ProKitchens is preferred but not required. If you do not have previous experience with these design programs you will be able to learn as you train.
  
  
• Detail oriented - Customer Focused - Results Driven

Must Be Able To:

• Basic computer skills and willingness to utilize online apps
• Multi-task balancing projects and scheduling needs
• Accomplish specific sales goals
• Attend company provided sales training and meetings
• Provide product demonstrations to potential customers
• Follow-up to ensure successful sales cycle management
• Record measurements for cabinet layouts
• Prepare product and installation quotes for customers
• Build new customer relations
• Maintain customer accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,869.00 - $129,708.00 per year
