Home Health Aide (HHA)

Always Best Care Of Grafton is looking for a compassionate and driven Home Health Aide to provide the highest-quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.

· Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.

· Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.

· Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping.

· Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes.

· Possible assistance with transportation needs.

Qualifications and Skills

· Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays

· Reliable transportation

· Valid driver’s license

· Prior home health experience preferred, but not required.

Salary and Benefits

· $13.50-$14.00 per hour
