Job Description

Job Summary: The Virtual Services Director supports both current services and implementation of new services. This role serves as an advisor and facilitator to providers, staff, and stakeholders and maintains relationships with customer partners and virtual care vendors. Responsibilities include development and implementation of workflows and processes, on-boarding providers and staff, training, overseeing the collection of success metrics, and coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for patients and staff utilizing Saint Francis Virtual Services.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a health care field or business administration required.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: R.N. or other clinical certification preferred but not required.

Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of progressive work experience in a relevant healthcare setting or related field preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability in leadership, problem solving, excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, required. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, delegate and supervise in an office setting. Possess knowledge and understanding of the health care environment. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required. EMR (Epic) software experience preferred. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) experience preferred.
