T&B Planning, Inc. is a privately-held consulting firm seeking a Project Manager to join our CEQA/NEPA Compliance team. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation of CEQA compliance document (Initial Studies, MNDs, NDs, CEs, and associated public notices) primarily for land development projects in southern California and the central coast.
Candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Depending on experience, responsibilities will range from partial to complete management of the CEQA compliance processes, from project team coordination, to lead agency interface, to CEQA noticing and document preparation and oversight, to presentations at public meetings and hearings. Less experienced managers will work under the direction of a Principal. Experienced managers will work independently.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Employees work from home or from the office at their discretion. There is no mandate to work from the office at this time. Distancing and safety guidelines are in place inside the office suite and in the exterior common areas.
