SpringBrook Community of Onalaska is looking for outstanding people who love working with seniors to serve as Caregivers, CNA's or Medication Technicians. Our care staff provide a variety of services for our residents such as medication administration, laundry, and assistance with bathing, dressing and other activities of daily living.

No Vaccine Mandate. COVID-19 vaccinations strongly encouraged but not required.

Starting salary minimums (more with experience):

  • $14.00 and up for AM shift
  • $15.50 and up for PM shift
  • $16.00 and up for NOC shift
  • $1.00/hr. more if promoted to Lead and Trainer after eligibility timeframe
