We are seeking a full-time, bilingual, and remote Medical Assistant (MA) to join our rapidly growing team as a Care Team Associate. You will be responsible for telephonically delivering high quality care, coaching, and appointment scheduling to assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Remotely providing basic patient coaching and care to improve patient outcomes
• Coaching and educating patients on improving their Chronic Conditions, preventive care and physician directives
  
  
• Updating and managing patient care plans based on assessment of patients’ needs and physician directives
  
  
• NextGen appointment scheduling on behalf of partners
  
  
• Telephone outreach to English and Spanish-speaking patients
  
  
• CCM program enrollment
  
  
• Clear explanation of the benefits of chronic care management
  
  
• Patient eligibility verification
  
  
• Concise and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate must reside in PST or MST time zone to accommodate patients in the same time zone
  
  
• Medical Assistant certification
  
  
• Fluent in Spanish
  
  
• Knowledgeable using Excel spreadsheets

Job Type:

• Full-time (Monday – Friday from 9am – 5:30pm PST / 10am – 6:30pm MST)
• Fully remote

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
