Seeking customer service associate to help in the process of buying houses. Work from home opportunity. An excellent telephone and professional persona is a must, self-organized, & self-starter.
Key Duties:
- Source your own leads in addition to ours
- Collect info via telephone and enter in online CRM
- Make follow-up calls
- Set appointments
- Send out electronic documents
- Visit property
- Assist in showing the property
You will need:
- Telephone number
- Internet Connection
- Transportation (limited)
Salary:
Paid per transaction $2,500 USD. No reimbursements for travel
Expectations per month:
40-80 conversations
4-12 house visits
2-6 closed deals
