Job Description
- Representing Fox Pest Control as a Pest Control Technician - Driver - Route Manager by performing inspections, presenting and selling our services, and performing those services
- Selling/Servicing Company Generated Leads
- Selling/Servicing by Referrals
- Servicing daily route
- Maintain Truck and Servicing Equipment
- Take responsibility and initiative on your assigned Service Route

- Ability to build positive relationships, demonstrate strong influencing skills, and effectively communicate value to current and potential customers
- A strong drive and desire to build a stable career
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Sound reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- An entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on work ethic
- Able to analyze pest control activity in order to explain, sell and implement an effective plan of action in reducing pest activity
- Ability to learn and follow servicing protocols
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs
- Able to work outside in all seasons
- Experience in attics
- The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- A Clean and Valid driver's license, authorized to work in the US
