Job Description Charge Nurse

LVN/RN will be responsible for the delivery of nursing care which includes directing the CNAs. Attention to patient care, assessment, customer service, and documentation, with med pass from time to time.

$6000 sign on bonus

Must be a licensed in TX LVN/RN in good standing and pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: LVN $28.00 per hour; RN $30.00 per hour
