Job Description

Our growing, Family-Based Wellness Office is looking for a vivid optimist, with clear and concise communication skills, the ability to connect to people, and LOVE on people, and share our message on Social media.

Our Front Office Coordinator MUST,

-LOVE people, infants, toddlers, special needs children, and adults who love to smile, and those who just need a smile,

-Hold high ethical standards and values,

-Be considerate, caring, and compassionate,

-Be able to think on your feet and perform in a controlled manner under pressure,

-Be dynamic, organized, self-motivated,

-Have the ability to adapt to change, and accept new challenges,

-Be looking for a career, willing to continuously learn, develop, and grow as an individual. (There are no “jobs” or “employees” in our office, only a TEAM!)

-Internal and External Marketing (producing flyers and Social Media Posts)

-Decorating Office for Events

-Love learning and growing, and a desire for others to do the same

-Have both independent and team work ethic

-Love natural health care

-Keep detailed notes to follow up with patients needs, daily

There are no vaccine or mask requirements for this position.

Monday: 2:15pm-6pm
Tuesday: 1:45pm-6pm
Wednesday: 2:15pm-6pm
Thursday: 2:15pm-6pm
Friday: 8:45am-2:00pm
