Small Business IT & Aloha POS Support (In-Shop)
We are a small locally owned business looking for a full time technician to cover in house remote, phone, and on-site support for our current customer base that includes Restaurants, Liquor Stores, Retail, Grocery, and other Small Businesses like Lawyers and CPAs.

Skills Needed:

Advanced skills in the Restaurant POS Aloha Software/Hardware
Programming & Troubleshooting Aloha
Networking and troubleshooting connections
Basic or Advanced IT support and troubleshooting
Good customer service, and respectful
Excellent business ethics, as you deal with sensitive data
Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Willing to submit to random drug testing
