Immediate opening for LPN, Home Health care. You don't have to have the vaccine but you will have to wear the proper PPE with patients and test in the office weekly. A 12-week contract for LPN can become a perm position.

• Planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for clients
  
  
• Assists RN in performing specialized procedures and duties
  
  
• Provides nursing care according to the plan of care and agency policy
  
  
• Observes, records and reports general physical and mental condition of the client that may be indicative of change.
  
  
• Prepares detailed documentation of every visit
  
  
• Assists the client to learn appropriate self-care techniques
