LNHA - Executive Director - Long Term Care

CommuniCare Health Services is currently seeking a Licensed Executive Director for Pebble Creek Healthcare Center, located in the Akron, OH area.

The Executive Director will be providing leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and be licensed in the State of Ohio as an LNHA. Strong management and operation skills, strong math and budgetary skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position. Current and previous experience as a licensed nursing home administrator is required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates must have

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• LNHA certification in the State of Ohio
• At least two years of experience as a licensed Executive Director 
• Strong management and operation skills
• Strong math/budgetary skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
