The Anderson Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced and caring LPN or RN for a Night Shift Supervisor!
The Nursing Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Nursing and works in unison with their Supervisor counterparts utilizing a rotating bi-weekly schedule. This is a full-time position consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.
Hours: 5pm to 5:30am
Week 1 schedule rotation: Sun, Mon, Thurs
Week 2 schedule rotation: Tues, Wed, Fri
Common duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide direction to all nursing staff while on duty
- Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and rules while holding staff accountable for following them
- Communicate Directly with the Medical Director on all important nursing matters
- Communicate with Residents and families while providing excellent customer service
- Assist nursing staff with resident changes in condition, discharges, admissions, and transfers to/from facility
- Schedule appointments and communicate with outside entities in context of resident care coordination
- Ensure all nursing staff are completing required duties effectively and timely
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
- At least 2 years experience in long-term care as an LPN or RN
- Current/Valid RN or LPN license without practice restrictions
- Knowledge of PointClickCare software
- Leadership Qualities with ability to hold staff accountable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
