A leading, family-owned automotive dealership in Seguin, Texas has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Office Manager. Previous automotive experience and accounting skills are required. Willing to partially train the right person, but they must display some or all of the below criteria. Responsibilities - Office Manager:
Manage daily accounting records in accordance with accepted accounting principles through Quickbooks
Oversee all administration employees involved in the accounting process for accounts receivable, accounts payable, vehicle inventory, title work, invoicing car deals and cancellation, collections and every aspect of the accounting office
Responsible for payroll and human resources
Works directly with the Owner
Qualifications - Office Manager:
Must have proven Financial Background and be experienced as an Office Manager in an Automotive Dealership
Must have experience in all positions of the accounting office and QuickBooks, including month end and financial statements
Excellent attention to detail
