Qualifications & Characteristics:

· Must be reliable and have dependable transportation.

· Ability to work in a team environment and maintain strict attendance standards.

· Ability to read tape measure and determine appropriate measurements.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job order specifications, engineering drawings, and follow instructions.

· Maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

· Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

· MIG Welding experience preferred, but willing to train.

· Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to primary assigned position as needed.

Position Type / Work Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: **1ST SHIFT** Monday thru Friday / 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hr to start for Welders, depending on experience

**Pay Raise after 30-day Performance Evaluation**
