RETENTION SPECIALIST

At Reno-based Inc. Authority (www.incauthority.com), we consult with, and help register, over 1000 new startups a week, across all fifty states. Responsibilities:

Engage in inbound and outbound calls with Inc Authority Customers who are considering a change in their services or to renew their services

Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to provide customers with new services

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Explain and upsell our products and benefits of Inc Authority service


Qualifications:

Excellent customer service
Interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
Professional demeanor and conduct
Problem solving skill sets, be strategic and diplomatic
Team oriented and able to build positive relationships with customers
Ability to handle rejection
Achieve and exceed individual targets
Basic computer knowledge, including data entry into CRM
Outlook
Familiarity with multi-line phones


Requirements/Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
Customer Service/Call Center experience
Punctuality
Positive and Professional Demeanor and Appearance
