Seeking caregiver to work in Ann Arbor 1:1 with client. Client has been impacted by traumatic brain injury (TBI). This position is Full-Time and requires 4 weekend shifts a month.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Supporting and conducting caregiver training in accordance with scheduled shifts and assists with welcoming and training new caregivers.
- Coordinates client to and from medical appointments & community based activities.
- Supports caregivers with treatment implementation outlined in the client service plan.
