Website Developer
We are an innovative full-service marketing agency seeking a freelance full stack developer to build WordPress websites. We are looking for someone who has a passion for coding and has expertise in WordPress and cyber security. We need someone who can explain and demonstrate various technical approaches for projects to non-tech savvy decision-makers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset are a must. Excellent project management skills that can juggle multiple projects while communicating honestly about timelines, challenges, and questions is a must.
Qualifications:
Expert-level familiarity with hosting, CSS/HTML/PHP, WordPress plugins and all best practices with WordPress sites
Demonstrable master-level familiarity with back-end SEO (image + file size, page loading speed, text hierarchy, image alt tags, indexing)
Intermediate level Photoshop skills
Ability to create custom coded sales funnels
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, preferred
3 plus years of experience
Must be able to:
Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity
Design, create, and modify websites
Develop new websites within established wireframes and systems
Write clean, concise, and reusable code
Troubleshoot coding problems
Create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms
Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats
Can collaborate with our designers and marketing teams to translate mockups into lightweight and error free web pages that comply with the best practices and ensure they are accessible and responsive through all platforms
Ensure ADA compliance of website
Stay on top of the latest in techniques, trends and technologies

Must be authorized to work in the US

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with employees at all levels and virtually
Must be a self-motivated team player who is coachable
Ability to work autonomously after initial guidance is given
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexible working hours both nights and weekends
Must be able to come to our Lakeland, FL office on occasion
