Associate Director of Long Term Care

What We’re Looking For…

Currently, we are searching for an Associate Director of Long Term Care for our Skilled Nursing Facility- the Larsen Pavilion. The Associate Director of Long Term Care will assist in the management of our skilled nursing facility. This individual will work with the Director of Long Term Care to lead the interdisciplinary team providing excellent care and services to the residents and staff in our Five Star rated community. Qualifications for this position include:

• Current licensure in FL as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Management experience in a healthcare setting
• Desire to serve elderly individuals and their families
• Ability to effectively lead interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
