Line Cook/Prep/Sous Chef
Want to work in a unique, downtown Mobile, brewpub with an authentic scratch menu? Iron Hand Brewing is a one-of-a-kind brewpub in downtown Mobile offering house brewed beer, hand crafted cocktails, and a scratch menu. We are a small team looking to add new teammates. Multiple positions are available.
Positions available: Dish/Prep/Pizza Cook/Sous Chef
Back of house staff members are responsible to ensure all guests are presented with superior products that are prepared according to Iron Hand standards. You will support the kitchen team, assemble food & orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.
No experience required – We will teach you what you need to know! (Previous experience is a plus!)

Requirements:
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation

Our customers can enjoy their meals and beverages on the main floor of the restored Hunter Memorial Baptist Church (which from 1962-2014 was the Waterfront Rescue Mission) located at 206 State Street, Mobile, AL. The building is nestled within the DeTonti Square Historic District and it is from Henri “Iron Hand” DeTonti (1649-1704) that we get our name.
