Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented, competitive, and high-energy Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in selling advertisement spaces on our website to vendor in the commercial real estate industry. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working in office and being collaborative with our sales team, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Selling target amount of ad spaces per month
  
  
• Exceeding weekly metrics
  
  
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  
  
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  
  
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
  
  
• Track record of over-achieving quota
  
  
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of cold calls per day
  
  
• Comfortable with excel
  
  
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  
  
• Strong listening and presentation skills
  
  
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
