Major Goals:
Own the entire customer experience. Evaluate and challenge existing status quo to identify new ways to improve processes and continually elevate the customer experience
Deliver equipment, as well as assist with install and set-up, to clients in a timely manner

Job Functions: The Warehouse/Delivery Agent is a critical member of our Logistics team responsible for exemplifying our culture and assisting customers in various ways.
Daily Tasks:
Load equipment for daily deliveries
Verify the contents of delivery against delivery paperwork
Deliver scheduled office equipment, (ie; copiers, printers, etc.) installs to customer location or to staging areas in a timely manner
Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
Install and set up new equipment at customer site
Remove old equipment from customer site as needed
Verify the removal items against removal paperwork
Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions customers may have
Remove equipment that is beyond economic repair (BER) from the school sites as needed
Bring removed equipment back to warehouse and tag equipment as directed from removal forms or Logistics Manager
Schedule and move equipment as directed by Logistics Manager
Pick up miscellaneous items from various vendors as directed by Logistics Manager
Keep track of service schedules on delivery vehicles used
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
General working hours are Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm with limited absences/tardiness. Additional hours as required to complete objectives.
Travel as needed to support AIS' office locations, customers and industry events
Deliver on Company mission, vision, purpose and core values

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of principles for providing customer service, assessing needs, and evaluating customer satisfaction
Knowledge of current traffic laws
Ability to maneuver, navigate, and drive passenger/delivery vehicles
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift, push, pull in excess of 50 pounds comfortably
