Purpose: The Purpose of this role is to support AIS's purpose of providing technology that works for our clients and revolutionizes their business while providing service they'll fall in love with.
Major Goals:
Own the entire customer experience across multiple platforms and departments.
Identify new ways to improve processes and continually elevate the customer experience
Contribute to optimizing the Service Operations Department, which includes the Managed IT Service and OE Service departments
Coordinate various technology related tasks to support major internal process improvement and external customer-based initiatives

Job Functions: The Technology Project Manager is a critical member of our Service Operations department responsible for exemplifying our culture, coordinating technology tasks, and improving the Managed Technology Services department.
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
Managing internal and external projects by working with the following teams:
Managed IT/Telecom Services
Copier/Printer Services
Internal Support Desk
Validating and understanding baseline technology requirements for each discipline
Gaining exposure to network connectivity, telecommunications, information security, servers, security and desktop support, copier/printer technologies and platforms
Learning and implementing agile IT project management methodologies
Managing project resources, budget, and timeline
Creating and generating project status reports
Generating productivity reports
Validate workflows between Service Operations, Sales, Finance, and Logistics that support pre-sales and post-sales technology projects
Assisting with the operation and optimization of Service Operations department through effective project management
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
General working hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with limited absences/tardiness

Knowledge and Skills:
Undergraduate degree completed at college/university or equivalent experience, particularly in the areas of IT, Telecommunications, and/or Project Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of process methodology
Organizational aptitude
Strong analytical and technical aptitude
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
