Office Manager/Bookkeeper
We are seeking for a professional Office Manager who would be responsible for accounting and human resources activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks software, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed asset activity, and payroll.
· Prepare payroll
· Maintain and balance the general ledger
· Monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations
· Prepare daily bank deposits
· Provide staff support and contribute to the needs of the company
· Customer correspondence via phone and email
Human resources management, including policies and procedures development and compliance.
· Update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, as well as any company policy changes that may be needed.
Qualifications:
· High school or equivalent, required
· 3 years of office management or equivalent experience, required
· 4 years of accounting experience, required
· 2 years of human resource experience, required
· QuickBooks knowledge, required
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
· Excellent customer service skills
· Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
· Manage multiple processes for employees

All Axis Machining was formed out of the need to provide OEM design companies with access to high-quality metal fabrication services and thermal managements products such as heatsinks, thermal interface materials and thermal analysis software. What uniquely sets us apart from other machining suppliers is our one-setup approach to manufacturing (1 Cycle/1 Part Output). This is accomplished through the acquisition of highly advanced and accurate automated machinery. This helps to reduce lead time and respond to our customer’s spike demands.
In addition, to maximize the equipment utilization and internal capacity, the entire factory is driven by a fully integrated MRP system. This allows us to see the status of every job as it makes its way through the manufacturing department.
