Founded in 1993 by Kim Nolan, RN, Progressive Alternatives continues to explore rehabilitative solutions to assist adults with neurological, orthopedic, cognitive/behavioral impairments achieve realistic goals in a home like environment. Specializing in post hospital Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury and Orthopedic Trauma, Progressive Alternatives works in close cooperation with families, physicians, case managers and community resources in offering our clients creative, relationship-centered care and a complete range of services following hospital discharge. Fees are based upon the intensity of care required to achieve realistic goals.

Our person-centered rehabilitation program focuses on the needs of our clients and how we can creatively assist them in gaining a level of control over lost functions and once again find meaning and purpose in their lives.

Our multi-disciplinary team closely interacts with family, medical and other professional rehabilitation personnel, case managers and community resources to assure a fully integrated program which optimizes our clients potential for recovery and reintegration into society.
