Project Control Engineering, Inc. (PCE) is a civil engineering consulting firm based in Algonac Michigan. Since 1993, we have provided professional services in engineering, planning, and surveying.

We specialize in municipal and private site development including: feasibility studies, estimating, planning, waste water collection, water distribution, storm water management, roads, paving, grading, land division, surveying, construction layout, GIS and pipeline inspection services.

We strive to keep abreast of advances in engineering and surveying techniques, utilizing the latest technology. Our field crews are equipped with state of the art data collection, robotic laser scanning, drone surveys and GPS surveying equipment.
